Well inclined

The multi-award-winning Dockland office tower marks the entrance to the North German port. Designed by star architect Hadi Teherani, the bow of the ship-like edifice juts out 40 meters over the water. The design also features elevators that trace the incline of the building and sloping steps leading up to a terrace with panoramic views.

For the spirit and the sole

Every single day up to 70,000 visitors flock to the Taj Mahal, built over 450 years ago (the photo shows the former guest house). It thus goes without saying that the fine white marble floor of the mausoleum itself has to be protected from street dirt by shoe covers – something we’re all familiar with in beverage filling.

Location, location, location

With grand views of the beach and sea to be enjoyed, business promises to be good for this rather rustic-looking snack bar. And with a menu ranging from fresh matjes herring through gyros and pizza to Indian curry, all tastes (and clients) are catered for!

Bright future

On the magnificent boulevard of Champs Élysées a French luxury brand is breathing new life into an ancient hotel – as deluxe accommodation for the most discerning of tastes. Until it opens its doors to its new well-heeled clientele in 2026, the building site lies hidden behind a huge iconic banner.

Rich past

What used to be Carlsbad in Bohemia is one of the oldest and most famous spa towns in the world. The splendid façades lining the banks of the Teplá and Ohře rivers and the souvenir shops that await tourists and other prospective buyers strolling along the promenades bear witness to its grand tradition.
