Well inclined
The multi-award-winning Dockland office tower marks the entrance to the North German port. Designed by star architect Hadi Teherani, the bow of the ship-like edifice juts out 40 meters over the water. The design also features elevators that trace the incline of the building and sloping steps leading up to a terrace with panoramic views.

For the spirit and the sole

Rich past
What used to be Carlsbad in Bohemia is one of the oldest and most famous spa towns in the world. The splendid façades lining the banks of the Teplá and Ohře rivers and the souvenir shops that await tourists and other prospective buyers strolling along the promenades bear witness to its grand tradition.
