Impressive upgrades

As a result, machines must undergo continual technical optimization – including in the field of labeling. “The latest upgrades to our modular Innoket Neo Flex therefore offer our customers even greater flexibility coupled with a high level of process reliability that they are used to.”
 

Simple operation and increased performance

Newly integrated functions are consistently tailored to customer needs: an optimized PSL station precisely applies self-adhesive labels to a whole range of containers, regardless of whether these are glass or PET bottles or cans. Thanks to a swivel-arm HMI operator panel, users can flexibly operate the machine from wherever they are working – without being restricted by a fixed operating point.

To meet market requirements for higher performance and more space in the machine, for example for inspection systems, KHS has also optimized its camera-based bottle orientation system (BOS) and made it more compact. 
 

Integrable inspection technology 

If, for example, customers want to ensure that best-before dates are easily readable and labels are correctly applied, KHS inspection technology is required. To reliably perform these and other checks, label inspectors from the Innocheck product range can be directly integrated into the modular labeler and conveniently operated using the HMI. 

Format changeovers in next to no time

Label formats can be changed without the need for tools: the machine can be switched over to the required format with just a few manual adjustments – quickly, simply and efficiently. “All in all, the KHS Innoket Neo Flex labeler adheres to our holistic line concept”, concludes Cornelius Adolf. “It’s modular, networked and tailored to consistently optimized processes – from orientation to final inspection.”
